What’s New
March 2026 - A Change is Gonna Come
Over the years, hundreds of people have joined us in exploring Paris through the stories of the writers, artists, musicians, and others who have shaped what is often called Black Paris.
Whether through a walk, a conversation, or the Entrée to Black Paris blog, it has been a pleasure to share these histories with such a thoughtful and curious community.

After 27 years of providing walking tours and related activities, we are now entering a new phase of operation.
While we will continue to provide private, guided experiences, we will be placing greater emphasis on research, writing, and keynote presentations that explore the history, culture, and contemporary life of the African diaspora in Paris.
This means that you will notice a few changes in the coming weeks:
- The rhythm of social media and blog posts will shift slightly as we devote more time to developing new material and resources connected to the history of Black Paris.
- The frequency of "open" tours for which you can register online up to 48 hours before the scheduled date will change as well.
- The focus of our private, guided tours will shift to "Immersion Days" that provide a greater and more nuanced appreciation for the individuals and topics discussed.
Stay tuned for more information in the coming days.
In the meantime, thank you for your continued interest in our work and for being part of the Entrée to Black Paris community!
